Vendors & Exhibition Space

Gallier Hall has ample space to set up tables, displays and exhibits throughout the venue including the main meeting room, hallways and more. Tables will be located in the Lunch room, and along the main hallways around conference sessions. You are more than welcome to split the cost of a table with another nonprofit, business, or organization (cost effective for tight budgets)!

*Please note - you may NOT hang anything on the walls! No tape, no string, no nothing - don’t touch ‘em!

Register by September 10th to avoid late fees!

A vendor table includes one 6’ table + 2 chairs + 2 conference tickets.

Standard: $750

Nonprofit Rate: $500

Go to our EventBrite page and click the red “Get tickets” button on the right. Scroll down to “Vendor - Exhibition Space” and select how many tables you want, add to your cart and click “Check out”.
